NOTICE: How to properly name and prepare your documents for submission
Please name each file with your full name followed by the “Document Name.”
For example, if John Smith has uploaded a transcript, file should be named: John Smith Transcript.

4. Verification of Membership in The Mother Church (TMC)To request verification of your membership in The Mother Church please email clerk@christianscience.com with your request and include your name, address, phone number, and membership number (if you have it). It may take several weeks to receive your email verification. Save the verification email as a PDF. Alternatively, you can submit your most recent per-capita form. If your application for membership in The Mother Church has been received by the Clerk’s Office, please contact Dominique Beling directly: dominique.beling@albertbakerfund.org. |
5. Grades from Previous Academic Term (Continuing Applicants)If you are reapplying for a grant, you are required to submit grades from the last term when you were in school. This document must be stamped and signed by a school official. Applicants please note that ABF pays significant attention to grades during the selection process. All applicants are expected to meet the minimum grade requirement to move to the next academic level. PLEASE NOTE: Students who fail any class incurred while ABF funded that course will not be eligible for ABF funding to repeat that class. Furthermore, if a student’s overall grade point average falls below a passing grade, the student will not be eligible fo ABF funding until the GPA is improved to a minimum of a passing grade. For new students, applications with transcripts that show failing grades will not be considered until new grades have been provided that demonstrate that the student is in good standing, with no failing grades.
